About the role
At Lifeblood, every logistics decision matters. How we design, source and deliver our supply chain directly affects clinicians, patients and communities across Australia. We’re looking for a Logistics Solutions Project Manager to join our Integrated Services team and lead complex, high‑impact logistics initiatives that strengthen how we package, protect and deliver our life‑giving products.
This is a hands‑on project role with a strong focus on designing and implementing practical logistics solutions across our national network.
In joining you will lead our Integrated Packaging Solutions (IPS) project, sourcing and implementing insulated packaging solutions for blood and blood products. This work sits at the intersection of cold chain integrity, regulatory compliance, supplier capability and operational usability, and will shape how Lifeblood operates for years to come.
Beyond IPS, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of logistics projects, such as:
You’ll work closely with Manufacturing & Logistics teams, Quality and Regulatory stakeholders, ICT, procurement, and external partners bringing people together to deliver outcomes that are safe, scalable and fit for purpose.

We’re looking for someone withbroad domestic logistics experience who enjoys solving complex problems and translating strategy into operational reality. You don’t need sector experience however you do need to be comfortable operating in regulated, high‑reliability environments.
