The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics experience & solution team. Together we can build a logistics platform that is an essential part of an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for UK logistics seller experience, perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of logistics experience metrics and output solutions for improvement
- Design solutions that incorporate both operating procedures and system functions that serve UK logistics businesses and operations expansion and improvement.
- Manage the solution for its whole journey from initiation to implementation, drive for constant improvement when needed
- Work with cross function teams (account managers, governance etc) to establish common goals for seller fulfilment experience
- Continue to drive solution upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the UK/EU market. Contribute to the accumulation of our core logistics capabilities.
