ON en Roche is a 2-year rotational graduate program within Finance & Operations designed for high-potential early-career professionals.
From day one, you will take ownership of real business challenges that directly impact operations, customer experience, and Roche’s end-to-end value chain.
You will rotate across different areas within Finance & Operations, gaining hands-on experience and a holistic understanding of how a global healthcare organization operates.

Site Operations
Warehouse operations & material flow
Customer Fulfillment & Service Operations
Direct Procurement

Analyze operational flows to identify improvement opportunities
Contribute to automation, analytics, and process redesign projects
Translate operational data into actionable insights
We are looking for high-potential early-career professionals with a strong analytical mindset and motivation to build a career in healthcare and operations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations - focused profiles , or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Interest in healthcare, operations, and data-driven environments
Full availability for a 24-month program
Full-time 24-month graduate contract (not a university internship agreement)
Based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona)
Start date: September 2026
Assessment Center: July 7th
