Logistics Services Support

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Logistics Services Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery operations, supporting customers and logistics partners, and helping maintain high service levels across our supply chain network.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support day-to-day logistics and delivery operations.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer delivery enquiries and routine service requests.
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Monitor deliveries, follow up on exceptions, and support issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, trackers and system data.
  • Review and validate logistics-related information, including delivery, inventory and transport cost data.
  • Escalate service or operational issues through the appropriate channels when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by ensuring accuracy, compliance and process discipline.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, customer service, or operational administration.
  • Experience working with customers, hauliers, carriers, or logistics service providers is an advantage.
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 and Excel.
  • Experience with SAP, WMS, TMS or Transporeon would be beneficial.

Working Pattern

This role supports an operational environment and therefore follows a rotating shift pattern that may differ from a standard working schedule. Flexibility in working arrangements is required to support business and customer needs.
