Manage our Transport Management System tool (TMS) and our European billing and transport data.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
1. TMS administrator: responsible for maintaining TMS tools, in particular transport plans for European sites and integrating all data, such as carrier rates, billing report or any needed.
2. Carrier tools: Responsible for maintaining carrier tools used in Europe.
3. Billing control, validation and integration: monitoring of the transport and customs costs for Markem Image’s European operations.
3. Reporting activities: Responsible for producing transport performance and financial indicators (KPIs) for the European region.
4. Continuous improvement: Develop the use of continuous improvement techniques. Promote improvements focused on customer and internal operations. Ensure overall consistency through best practices and communication.
Scope of activity
Mainly all transport and brokerage activities related to our Europeans sites working in close collaboration with our local logistics team of our platforms and with interactions at the global level.
