Job Description

They will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing project assets, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and manage project assets, personnel, and equipment across various work locations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including asset registers, inventory, and equipment logs.
  • Support site access management, including onboarding, permits, and security clearances.
  • Oversee PMC vehicle allocation, usage, maintenance, and fleet tracking.
  • Manage PMC accommodation, including room assignments and occupancy records.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely resource availability.
  • Monitor logistics activities to ensure compliance with project policies and procedures.
  • Support equipment account management and logistics documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve logistics-related issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance reviews for assets and logistics processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or asset management.
  • Proven experience in coordinating logistics for large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management, inventory control, and equipment tracking.
  • Experience in transportation logistics, fleet coordination, and vehicle allocation.
  • Ability to manage accommodation, occupancy planning, and camp operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking systems.
  • Understanding of project governance and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical skills for process improvement and performance management.
