  • KPI monitoring and managing supplier’s escalations effectively​
  • Support and track the daily operation in terms of empty container steering and work closely with RCM​
  • Support as a guideline with suppliers for claims processing, monthly account reconciliation, stocktaking and any action related​
  • Provide on-site supplier logistics production support to assure the suppliers logistical line side delivery performance in series​
  • Work on effective problem-solving tools for the returnable containers process​
  • Guarantees supplier’s series delivery with returnable containers​
  • Represents the customer in high stress production critical situations​
  • Perform trainings for new and current suppliers inside the systems, processes and customer’s requirements​
  • Execute audits at supplier’s location to validate the process and its compliance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial engineer and/or related
  • 3+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse operations, Returnable Container Management and/or similar positions​
  • Supplier management​
  • Knowledge of OEMs standards​
  • Process audits​
  • Cost, penalties and claims management​
  • Handling of KPIs​
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and internal logistics​
  • Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements​
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • ​English B2
  • Willing to travel within Mexico
  • 30 months contract
