Lead vehicle logistics quality activities across multiple European markets and logistics service provider partners Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve vehicle logistics quality standards, procedures and KPIs Monitor quality performance, vehicle damages, claims, delivery issues and customer complaints – lead root-cause analysis, investigations, preventive and corrective actions Conduct quality audits of carriers, terminals, compounds – drive supplier assessments, quality performance reviews, escalation management Ensure compliance with XPeng quality standards across the vehicle supply chain – identify recurring quality issues and implement sustainable process improvements Prepare logistics quality performance reports and present key findings to improve vehicle logistics efficiency both for compound operations and transportation services Work closely with vehicle logistics planning and operations functions to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries with maximizing service quality level Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, manufacturing, aftersales etc.) and country organizations to secure sufficient logistics quality support for XPeng OTD process.
