Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Transportation Specialist, Freight Forwarder, Logistics Assistant, or Supply Chain Planner.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and excellence of our logistics operations, supporting core business activities and actively participating in continuous improvement projects within a dynamic, international environment. Working with modern tools, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to directly impact operational performance. Specifically, you will:

  • Independently manage customer orders, delivery schedules, inventory tracking, and shipments in close coordination with warehouses and 3PL partners.
  • Coordinate transport planning and tracking alongside the Central Traffic Team, identifying synergies and network optimization opportunities across distribution flows.
  • Ensure service excellence, maintaining compliance with quality standards, operational regulations, and customer SLAs throughout all logistics processes.
  • Deliver practical solutions to daily operational challenges, partnering with the Team Leader to optimize operational workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to secure seamless, integrated end-to-end logistics execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives by providing ground-level insights and process enhancement proposals.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reporting dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation, supporting periodic audits and compliance reviews.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (advanced Excel skills required).
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform, SAP (E4P / WHP / Ariba), project44 (P44), Magnitude Angles, or Transporeon is a strong plus.
  • Basic understanding of international trade, customs procedures, and relevant tax regulations.
  • Languages:
  • Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency required.
  • English: Professional working proficiency (fluent spoken and written communication).
