About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Intern to support our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing commercial projects, supplier management initiatives, and new project launches across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong interest in logistics, supplier management and e-commerce operations.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Help maintain and update the PMO dashboard and project trackers.

- Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyse logistics operational data (e.g., shipping times, cost reports, warehouse efficiency) to support project decision-making.

- Meeting Coordination: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items with different stakeholders.

- Documentation Support: Assist in preparing project documents, process workflows, and standard operating procedures.

- Cross-functional Communication: Act as a bridge between logistics operations, tech teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth information flow.
