About this Position

The Management Trainee for Logistics, Planning & Operations (LPO), drives the strategic development,
planning, and execution of end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain planning
support and operations. The role provides regional and global operational
support to HAT and HCB businesses, with a strong focus on Logistics, Global
Supply Chain Reporting, Planning Support, and Supply Chain Digitalization and
Automation.

What you´ll do

• Lead logistics, planning, and operations
  across APAC and IMEA regions
• Drive supply chain
  strategy execution and operational alignment; Ensure SLA/KPI delivery and
  performance management
• Drive continuous
  improvement, automation, and process optimization
• Partner with
  stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Manage team
  performance, development, and succession planning
• Support process
  migrations and transformation projects
• Ensure compliance
  with ISO standards and company policies

• Masters in Business Administration or related field
• The role requires strong people management and leadership skills, business partnering, and change management skills
• Ability to strategically shape digitalization and automation initiatives that improve service quality, efficiency, and stakeholder experience
• The successful candidate demonstrates strong adaptability, problem solving, structured communication, and a proactive, value‑driven mindset
• Amenable to work in a mid‑shift schedule (12:00 pm to 9:00 pm) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
