Logistics Planning Coordinador

The Logistics Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting transportation planning and execution activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant shipment processing. This role manages shipping documentation, validates transportation information, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and supports the efficient movement of products across the distribution network.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining service levels, transportation accuracy, and operational efficiency through proactive coordination and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
  • Validate shipment information, including routing, carrier assignments, quantities, and delivery destinations prior to shipment release.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation Providers, and Customer Service teams to resolve transportation and documentation issues.
  • Monitor shipment execution and ensure transportation records are complete, accurate, and compliant with company requirements.
  • Support transportation scheduling and load planning activities.
  • Maintain shipment records and transportation master data within company systems.
  • Escalate transportation delays, service risks, and documentation issues impacting delivery performance.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support for logistics planning and transportation operations.
  • Ensure adherence to transportation processes, controls, and documentation standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and transportation operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Order Fulfillment.
  • Experience managing shipping documentation and transportation processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP, TMS, or transportation management systems.
  • English proficiency (written and verbal).

  • Experience in domestic transportation planning.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Experience working with carriers and transportation providers.
  • Experience supporting transportation scheduling and load planning activities.
