Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Logistics / Order Handling Specialists with Dutch language to join our international order management / logistics center in one of our businesses.

In this role, you'll primarily handle customer orders for products and systems, assist with logistics operations, and contribute to building a shared services delivery model dedicated to the European countries.

You'll create impact by:

  • Processing orders in the system (SAP) based on the input from customers and salesmen
  • Phone and e-mail contact with customers
  • Close cooperation with various internal departments
  • Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
  • Handling warranty and return process
  • Actively proposing process optimizations

Your defining qualities:

  • Proficient written and verbal communication in Dutch (B2/C1) and good level of English is a must (B2)
  • Some experience or background in logistics, supply chain, business administration or customer service (preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO) would be an additional advantage
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proactive support
  • Familiarity with SAP is a nice plus
  • You enjoy being a part of a team, see great value in partnership and deliver outstanding customer service
  • You're open-minded and tackle tasks with a positive and constructive can-do attitude
