Your future role
Hourly pay rate: $23.50
Take on a new challenge and apply your warehouse and logistics expertise in a dynamic rail industry environment. You’ll work alongside passionate, collaborative, and dedicated teammates who help keep critical transportation systems moving.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials that support our operations and customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation, and Operations teams, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting on-time deliveries. You’ll specifically take care of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping activities, while also supporting cycle counts, customer requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Processing inbound receipts, goods movements, and outbound shipments accurately and within established timelines
Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, location management, and physical inventory participation
Supporting domestic and international shipping activities, including required documentation
Operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
Delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers through responsive and accurate material support

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory operations
Experience or understanding of receiving, inventory control, shipping, and material handling processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Familiarity with SAP or another ERP system
Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain and maintain certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of domestic and international shipping requirements
Hazardous Materials certification or experience packaging dangerous goods is a plus

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a warehouse environment for extended periods
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
