Could you be the full-time Logistics Operator in Whitby, ON we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless physical flow of goods, aligning physical and system processes to support our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Quality and Material Planning teams), ensure the safe handling and storage of materials, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of goods reception, storage, and packing & shipping activities, but also manage inventory and support Non-Conformity Report (NCR) logistics processes.
We’ll look to you for:
Following all company safety, environmental, and emergency procedures
Ensuring accurate ERP and system updates for all physical movements
Performing goods receipt, putaway, storage, and picking activities
Preparing materials for the production line with proper identification and protection
Managing inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and scrap disposal
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues efficiently

High school diploma
Forklift driving experience and valid forklift license (mandatory for forklift drivers)
Valid driving license
Experience working in an ERP SAP environment (desirable)
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles such as Kaizen and 5S (desirable)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with IT tools and digital systems
Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $50,000 – $65,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
