At Ravago Building Solutions UK, we're proud to be the UK's original manufacturer of XPS insulation, with over 65 years of manufacturing heritage. Our products help create warmer, more energy-efficient buildings across the UK and Europe.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics Operative to join our team in King's Lynn. • Assist with stock control and inventory counting activities
  • Help maintain high standards of housekeeping across logistics and storage areas
  • Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance inspections
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and support customer requirements

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in your attitude and potential than your current job title.

You'll be:

  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
  • A team player with a positive and proactive approach
  • Safety conscious and committed to doing things the right way
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage your workload effectively
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to understand safety procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation
