About the Team:

ZF is establishing a new state-of-the-art distribution center in Ostrov, which will become a key logistics hub within our global supply chain. This facility integrates advanced automation, digital technologies, and data-driven logistics to enhance operational efficiency.

This role is designed for experienced logistics professionals with expertise in inbound/outbound operations, packaging, and picking processes, who are looking to drive strategic improvements and lead a team in a high-tech logistics environment.

What you can look forward as Logistics Operations Supervisor (m/f/d)?

• Manage and develop a team of approximately 40 employees
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, packaging operations, and picking processes
• Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives
• Track and analyze KPIs, implement corrective actions, and enhance performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
• Collaborate on strategic projects within the Global Logistics Excellence Center

Your Profile as Logistics Operations Supervisor (m/f/d):

• Proven experience in logistics operations and team leadership, strong leadership skills, ability to solve problems effectively and promptly
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inbound/outbound flows, and operational planning
• Analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and automation
• Ability to make strategic decisions and lead teams in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Communicative level of English and Czech
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Willingness to work in shifts
