Following an internal reorganization of the CaaC department, it is deemed appropriate to strengthen the team in order to ensure business continuity and support the growth of the department's operational activities.
This reorganization requires the introduction of a new resource capable of managing, with responsibility and autonomy, the operational activities carried out at CaaC customer compounds, particularly those related to vehicle preparation, outfitting, and restoration, while ensuring a constant operational presence and oversight of the team.
As part of the new reorganization, process and project activities are being reallocated within the BPE department in ordere to ensure a more structured and consistent oversight of improvement initiatives and stronger integration with the governance of company processses.
For this reason, the hiring of a dedicated resource is requested, with the ability to autonomously manage both operational and administrative activities related to the role.
The purpose of the position is to ensure the proper coordination of daily operations and compliance with customer requirements and timelines, specifically:
Manage relationships with customers and suppliers involved, ensuring timely follow-up of all activities required to meet operational demands;
Handle, in coordination with the Compound Manager, any issues arising during daily operational activities;
Oversee operational activities related to vehicle preparation, outfitting, and restoration;
Manage administrative activities related to customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processes;
Plan daily operational activities to be assigned to the compound for customers within the assigned scope;
Coordinate the operational activities of the CaaC team dedicated to compound operations management.
