Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Communication interface between warehouse service providers, transportation service providers, and Infineon internal stakeholders worldwide
• Management of shipment prioritization, cancellation, deletion, and hold requests, and ensuring their execution by the warehouse service provider
• Ensuring timely outbound processing of incoming delivery notes and commissioning priority goods receipts with the warehouse service provider
• Handling and monitoring emergency shipments, including arranging special transportation services
• Supporting projects within the area of responsibility
• Reporting activities related to the defined responsibilities
• Manage various project and analytical task
• AI development related to assigned responsibilities

As a Logistics Operations Specialist – Distribution Center Europe, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority. Furthermore, you take on new challenges without knowing the right path to an eventual solution in advance. Lastly, you accept responsibility for common goals and put the team’s results above your own interests.

• Completed vocational training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (or equivalent) and/or a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics environments within manufacturing companies or service organizations
• Experience working with freight forwarders and transportation companies
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong organizational talent with solid administrative capabilities
• Results-oriented team player with strong self-management skills
• Quick learner with a high commitment to quality
• Basic to advanced AI skills, including prompt engineering and/or coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) for automation, analytics, and continuous process improvement
