We are looking for talented individuals to join TikTok Shipping Central EU Operation team as a project intern. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets;
• To support carrier operations weekly business review;
• To support solving operational issues between couriers and merchants;
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on metrics, etc.;
• Help with peak season preparations (forecasting, confirm courier capacity, etc.).

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or a related discipline. Eligible to work in Germany, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 20 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis.
• Able to start the internship from December 2026.
• Possess data analysis skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in German, English and Chinese in order to communicate with internal stakeholders from Mainland China, and external service providers in Germany.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree, with preferred majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Have a passion to learn about logistics operations.
