We’re looking for a Logistics Manager who will be accountable for leading the Grenade Logistics Operation & developing team and processes to be fit for future.

How you will contribute

  • Manage UK/BV Logistics Operations, UK/BV Copacking, ecommerce operations.
  • Manage the overall budget and costs, as well as driving productivity benefits.
  • Drive better cost to serve, service levels and inventory excellence.
  • Process simplification, effective collaboration across functions & ensuring we leverage any CI technological advancements.
  • Ensure we implement robust reporting and analytics Work with Head of Ops to implement robust KPI reporting/targets. Ensure where possible we are working sustainably.
  • Create method for evaluating capacity reviews and planning to ensure Grenade Logistics Operations are right sized to support future business growth.
  • Work as a member Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Team to shape and deliver the agenda.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Logistics experience - proven capability of management in a Logistics FMCG environment.
  • Leadership skills - managing and developing high performing teams
  • Experience of managing 3PL/Suppliers
  • Ability to lead and motivate individuals to meet customers expectations and achieve business targets.
  • An effective communicator who can influence cross functionally and with third party representatives
  • Analytical understanding of Service Drivers
  • Systems literate – SAP, Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel)
  • Project Management
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
