What you'll be doing day to day

• Support the team by planning, leading, and performing tasks across major operational areas including picking, packing, unloading, loading, replenishment, and yard operations—always keeping customer deadlines as the priority.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks with an understanding of the full operational workflow and overall business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and sustainable work environment across all unit areas.
• Ensure adherence to all safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while securing proper training for co workers across functions.
• Manage progress toward goals set by the Fulfilment/Replenishment Operations Team Leader to support overall operational excellence.
• Supervise daily processes within the assigned area, taking action on deviations, resolving problems promptly, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and enforce daily routines to ensure consistent performance and operational stability.
• Communicate information related to Quality Support Center (QSC) protocols to the appropriate teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate with internal and external partners—including suppliers and vendors—to organize actions associated with work orders and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for all work orders and QSC related protocols.
• Review, process, and resolve internal deviations as part of the goods receiving process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area at all times.
• Contribute to a strong and inclusive IKEA culture that reflects and embraces the diversity of co workers and customers.

HOURS: 34-40 hours per week, Sunday - Wednesday, 5am to 4pm

The pay range for this role is $21.92/hr - $30.97/hr.

Qualifications

• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Previous administrative warehouse work preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident with independent decisions and problem solving.

Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 21.92 USD to 30.97 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
