Job Description

This role will assist in setting up the warehouse management processes, supporting compliance with international trade rules, and contributing to routine warehouse operations.
This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in logistics, customs compliance, and warehouse operations in an international environment.

The Ideal Candidate

- Warehouse Setup & Process Design

Support the development and documentation of bonded warehouse processes and standard work
Assist in defining material flows, storage locations, and inventory controls
Help prepare process maps, work instructions, and training materials

- International Trade & Compliance

Support research and understanding of customs and bonded warehouse regulations
Help verify compliance of transactions and stock movements with international trade rules

Required Qualifications

  • Major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and/or supply chain concepts
  • Interest in international trade, customs, or bonded warehouse regulations
  • Fluent English, both in writing and verbal communications
  • Strong self-motivation for learning new technology
  • Good rational ability, communication, inter-personal skills

  • Strong analytical, structural and conceptual thinking capabilities
  • Good interpersonal acumen and maturity
  • Creative, quick learner and risk taking
  • Willing to take challenge and hard working
