Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location: Amman, Jordan

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Logistics officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring efficient coordination of logistics operations, timely communication, and excellent service for both local and international clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 
  1–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or a related field
• 
  Strong communication and customer service skills
• 
  Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• 
  Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• 
  Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire logistics process, from booking to delivery.
• 
  Coordinate shipments and communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• 
  Provide timely updates and resolve customer inquiries or issues efficiently.
• 
  Handle logistics operations for both local customers (UAE) and international clients.
• 
  Monitor shipments and ensure all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time.
• 
  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering responsive and professional service.
