The Purpose
The UK Logistics Manager is responsible for safeguarding the secure, compliant and efficient movement of all jewellery, diamonds and non-valuable goods in and out of the UK. The purpose of this role is to ensure full compliance with import and export legislation, protect DBL property and deliver operational excellence across every stage of the logistics process.
You will lead a highly capable logistics function that supports the business with speed, accuracy and strong commercial focus. Through clear data, robust processes and proactive problem solving, you will elevate carrier performance, control costs, reduce risk and ensure the smooth flow of stock across stores, events, e commerce and wholesale partners. Your leadership, precision and operational discipline will strengthen our supply chain, enable confident decision making and uphold the integrity of our brand.
