About the Role

We are hiring a Logistics Manager to organise and control last-mile delivery in Pakistan:from the moment an order is ready to ship to its successful handover to the customer. Therole keeps delivery running without delays, errors, returns or losses.

We are an international company in the dietary supplements industry, selling on a Cash onDelivery (COD) model: the customer pays the courier on delivery.

We need an operationally strong, detail-oriented person who coordinates couriers,confirmation operators, the warehouse and outsourced delivery services, keeps statuses and reports in order, and reacts fast to problems.

Responsibilities and KPIs

The Logistics Manager is measured on on-time delivery, status accuracy and a falling rate of failed deliveries and returns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and adjust delivery routes daily; distribute orders between couriers by geography, urgency, workload and time windows.
• Control courier departure, route completion and delivery deadlines during the shift.
• Keep order statuses accurate and up to date in the delivery system; record reasons for failed delivery, return, cancellation or rescheduling.
• Check that only confirmed, correctly processed orders reach delivery; give feedback to confirmation operators on data errors.
• Control warehouse picking and handover to couriers: quantity, timing, packaging.
• Hand orders to outsourced delivery services and control their performance.
• Resolve delivery problems fast and escalate critical failures to management.
• Report on deliveries, returns and delays by day, route, courier and zone; propose process improvements.

Must-have

• Experience in logistics, delivery, dispatching, last-mile operations or operational coordination (at least 1 year in a similar role).
• Understands routing, order distribution, courier workload and delivery time windows.
• Works confidently with CRM / ERP systems, Excel / Google Sheets, maps and messengers.
• Strong attention to detail in statuses, addresses, comments and payment method.
• Makes fast operational decisions while multitasking.
• Communicates clearly with couriers, operators, warehouse and management.
• Knows local geography and transport infrastructure.
• Ready for office-based work and two duty Saturdays per month.

Nice-to-have

• Last-mile delivery, courier coordination or warehouse-to-courier handover experience.
• COD (cash on delivery) delivery experience.
• Experience with outsourced delivery / courier companies.
• Has built delivery reports by courier, route or zone.
• Has reduced failed delivery, return or complaint rates in a previous role.

Location: Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Experience: 1+ Years

Working Days: Monday – Friday (plus two Saturdays per month)

Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
