QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent project and change management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven experience with transportation analytics, cost modeling, working knowledge of parcel pricing structures, KPIs, zones, surcharges, and carrier services.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability, strong business acumen, organizational and analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into impactful, actionable outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships with external and internal teams.
