About the job

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our Nordic Supply Chain team based at Findus HQ in Malmö.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading logistics operations across the Nordic cluster, ensuring excellent customer service while balancing cost, efficiency and operational performance. You will play a key role in both the day-to-day management of logistics operations and the implementation of strategic projects and change initiatives across the region.

As Logistics Manager, you will oversee relationships with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, transport partners and other external service suppliers. You will monitor performance, ensure contractual compliance and continuously drive improvements in service, cost and operational excellence.

You will work closely with Supply Chain, Market and Commercial teams to implement logistics strategies and deliver strategic projects. A key part of the role is leading change initiatives, supporting process standardisation and ensuring operational activities are executed consistently across the cluster.

The role also includes leading and developing talent within the logistics function. You will coach and support your team, build capability and ensure we have the skills and talent needed to achieve both short and long-term business objectives.

• Have several years of experience in a logistics leadership role

• Have experience managing complex third-party logistics providers and supplier contracts

• Have a proven track record of driving strategic change and operational improvements

• Have strong leadership skills and experience leading teams in a matrix organisation

• Have experience working across multiple sites, functions or markets

• Are skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Have a strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation and warehousing

• Are commercially minded and experienced in balancing service, cost and operational performance

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Speak and write English fluently; proficiency in a Swedish is considered an advantage

About the position & application
