You'll make an impact by

  • You lead end-to-end RfQ processes and strategic sourcing events, negotiating contracts in alignment with cross-functional experts and orchestrating performance management with key 3PL partners.
  • As a central contact for global contract logistics requests, you lead and advise on strategic warehouse projects, conducting feasibility studies, make-or-buy analyses and implementing end-to-end solutions aligned with business and network strategy.
  • You coordinate cross-functional teams and lead national and international negotiations.
  • You work closely with Order Management, Regions, Factories, and Management Team.
  • You coordinate optimization and harmonization initiatives, and represent the unit in the pooling organization, influence decision-making processes, and drive cost savings.
  • Finally, you define and deploy sustainability standards for warehousing while driving digitalization and automation initiatives to enable scalable, future-ready operations across key locations.

This is how you'll win us over

  • You have many years of experience in logistics with deep expertise in warehouse management and operations, and experience in end-to-end project management, including design and implementation of warehouse networks and material flows.
  • You have a proven track record in contract logistics, including commercial models and contract negotiation in an international, corporate environment.
  • You have strong analytical and digital capabilities, leveraging advanced tools and systems to translate logistics data into actionable insights for planning, execution, and performance improvement.
  • You are highly collaborative, results-oriented, and demonstrate strong leadership in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • You have excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with partners and management.
  • A master's degree, flexibility for business trips and proficiency in English and German complete your profile.
