The Logistics Manager reports to our National Operations Manager and will be responsible for the Supply Chain from 3PL to end consumers on a national basis for all topics concerning finished goods and visibility items, while engaging/ maintaining required knowledge of customer's end-to-end supply chain practices to provide best-in-class customer services as well as network optimization program, and constantly reviewing/providing solutions to improve current processes, structures and ways of working according to ever changing business requirements.
Warehousing, Transportation & 3PL Management
Responsible for 3PL management and keeping in permanent contact with all service providers in terms of SLA’s, contractual obligations and KPI’s.
Responsible for downstream supply chain cost planning & monitoring, proactively brainstorm & implement cost saving programs.
Ensure accuracy of stocks and product age with regular stock reconciliations.
Visibility Items (VISITs) Management
Ownership for complete order process for VISITs in SAP and Red Bull system while ensuring high quality delivery from 3PL to events and services of RB coolers.
Drive robust inventory control process to ensure (1) accuracy of stocks and product age with regular stock reconciliations (2) full visibility/status tracking for in-trade VISITs.
Ensure compliance to the Red Bull quality standards for all VISITs including storage, complaints handling among shoppers, 3PL & HQ as well as repair/maintenance.
Customer Service & Engagement
Direct management of the day-to-day execution, work with Customer Service Coordinator to deal with any logistics and customer service queries in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively engage key customers, maintain required knowledge of customer's supply chain practices and strategies.
Regularly review customer supply chain based on business development to ensure planned sales can be executed without constraints as well as brainstorm/implement network optimization programs with customers.
Others
Initiative, prepare and manage tenders that related to supply chain cost and benchmark activities autonomously.
Closely work with Finance to for month end closure processing and support in providing required documentation and reporting during Internal and External Audits.
Recommend improvements and standardize local specific reporting and process.
Minimum 5 years working experience in managing logistics or warehousing, ideally in an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proven ability to run analysis from multiple sources, providing reliable and valuable outputs.
Relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An entrepreneurial “can do” attitude facilitated by continuous improvement and application of appropriate “best practices”.
Accuracy, innovation, and results driven focus with an attention to detail paramount.
Good working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP packages.
Education Requirements: University Degree
Language Requirements: Mandarin, English (Business Level)
