The ROW Logistics Manager & Global Packaging Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving logistics performance and initiatives across multiple international regions. This position requires a strong operational leader who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.

The successful candidate will bring proven packaging expertise alongside strong logistics and supply chain experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance, customer experience, cost efficiency, sustainability, and scalability. This role requires strong people leadership, accountability, communication, and the ability to effectively lead across cultures and time zones.

This individual will work closely with operations, procurement, engineering, product development, quality, sourcing, sustainability, transportation partners, and senior leadership teams to drive execution and continuous improvement globally.

Given the global nature of the business, the role requires flexibility to participate in meetings outside of standard local business hours in order to support collaboration across North America, Europe, and Africa.

What you will do:

Logistics & Supply Chain Integration:

  • Lead regional outbound logistics operations supporting distribution across 20+ countries.
  • Ensure on-time customer delivery through effective transportation planning, carrier management, and operational coordination.
  • Partner with internal logistics teams, carriers, and global transportation partners to improve service levels, reduce costs, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Support inbound and outbound shipping strategies with focus on damage reduction, cube optimization, and transportation efficiency.
  • Lead carrier performance reviews, negotiations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements focused on scalability, efficiency, service, and sustainability.
  • Analyze freight, operational, and service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support logistics integration across global supply chain initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small international team across multiple locations.
  • Build strong partnerships across logistics, operations, engineering, sourcing, procurement, quality, sustainability, and commercial teams.
  • Influence stakeholders across functions and regions to drive alignment and accountability, even without direct authority.
  • Effectively navigate competing priorities, organizational complexity, and challenging stakeholder situations.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, global teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operational roles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in an international or multi-site environment.
  • Previous team leadership or people management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and regions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal; additional European language(s) a plus.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Štěnovice, Czech Republic.
  • Flexibility to support global meetings and initiatives across time zones when needed.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
