DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for overall manage daily customs inbound & outbound operations, import or export customs declaration, domestics delivery and distribution, inventory planning and warehouse management
2. Organize and implement logistics improvement activities, monitor the progress of customs and warehouse operations, ensure the timely and orderly delivery of raw materials, finished products and trade parts
3. Manage local bonded warehouse inventory to ensure high accuracy, including perform periodical cycle count, inventory audit at different storage location and reporting
4. Manage the processing trade manual and ensure the data is accurate and matched
5. Work with HQ logistics to deal with all kinds of shipping issues & variances, manage service level of freight forwarder to ensure the smooth operations
6. Conduct reverse logistics or RMA including defective parts return, domestic repair and oversea repair.
7. Logistics cost analysis, control and reduction, billing check
8. Manage logistics and warehouse service providers, drive the root cause if failure and come up with corrective actions and continues improvements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS degree or equivalent, more than 10-15 years’ experience in logistics field, include inventory planning, import and export, warehouse management, customs experience at bonded Zone would be preferred
• Working experience in large equipment manufacturing enterprise is a good plus
• Familiar with all kinds of customs policies, familiar with the import and export procedures of large equipment and spare parts, and have a good understanding of USA export control trade compliance and repair products processes
• Require excellent data analysis skills, details-oriented and good logical thinking, process optimization ability
• Good communication and coordination skills, strong initiative, firefighting, can work under pressures
• Conflict management, analysis and problem solving skills, dedication to work altitude
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Be good at Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Familiar with ERP, WMS and other related systems
• Business sense and leadership is required
