Logistics Manager
Location: West Africa

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international group at a pivotal point in its West African operations. You'll be part of a collaborative leadership team committed to operational excellence and long-term growth in the region.
What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing all logistics activities within the country, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations

• Leading and developing a local team including supervisors, coordinators, and administrators

• Ensuring timely closure of logistics files and coordinating closely with finance on operational cash flow and collections

• Managing daily communications with existing clients and supporting the acquisition of new business

• Driving implementation of procedures and ensuring full compliance with government regulations and principal guidelines

• Playing a key role in the ongoing development of HSQE systems, attending committee meetings, and supporting audits and reviews

• Contributing to the growth of the company’s logistics market share in-country

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in shipping and logistics operations

• Strong technical knowledge of the shipping industry

• Proven experience managing teams and driving operational improvement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work cross-functionally

• Full professional proficiency in English

• A clear criminal record
