We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Leading Hand to join our team in the Construction/Solar Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient delivery of materials and supplies to various job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Supervise logistics staff and provide guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Monitor transportation schedules and routes
- Implement safety procedures in all logistics activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry
- Mid-senior level experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
