Logistics Leader
Woodward’s Aerospace Division isseeking a LogisticsLeaderin our Loves Park, Illinois campusto lead supply chain operations and improve efficiency across procurement, manufacturing,logistics, and distribution. This role develops and implements supply chain strategies, monitors performance, manages vendor relationships, and partners with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
Estimated annual base pay: $105,000-$140,000
All members included inannualcash bonus opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies tailored to the specific needs of the business segment tooptimizeefficiency and reduce costs.
Operational Management: Oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, manufacturing,logistics, and distribution to meet businessobjectives
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Analyze supply chain performance metrics,identifyareas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Vendor and Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate andmaintainstrong relationships with suppliers, vendors, andlogisticspartners to ensure reliable supply and high service standards.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and product development to align supply chain activities with overall business goals and drive integrated solutions.
