About the job: Logistics IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Logistics IT Project Manager to join our team and lead system integration and enhancement projects across WMS and EDI platforms. You will serve as the bridge between logistics operations and IT, ensuring seamless coordination, delivery, and user adoption of new tools and processes across a dynamic, fast-paced supply chain environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end IT projects related to WMS enhancements and logistics system integrations
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical system specifications
  • Coordinate communication and alignment among project stakeholders (IT, logistics, business, and vendors)
  • Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure timelines, quality, and scope are respected
  • Oversee integration of logistics systems including EDI interfaces, ensuring smooth operations post-go-live
  • Provide clear and regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive user training and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables in line with company and industry standards
What we are looking for:
  • 3 to 9 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within the logistics, retail, or fashion industries
  • Strong hands-on experience working with EDI interfaces, WMS platforms, and logistics system integration
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes and system architecture
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage resources and work effectively in cross-functional environments
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Cologne (on-site presence required)
