Job Description
The Logistics Inventory Trainee will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Logistics Inventory Manager. Watch “Culture is our Passion” to learn more about us.
Contract Duration - 12 months

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
- Assist in devising modelling, measuring, and process improvement techniques that incorporate operational concepts in conjunction with quantitative methods to provide meaningful results to the Department.
- Monitor closely all Master file transactions to adhere to project Title-Transfer & and ensure completion of all IR/IF on time as per incoterms.
- Review ASN portal and assigned the task to all transaction team to achieve the TAT and ensure to book all the revenue on time per delivery updates.
- Develop solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Work will be performed without appreciable direction
- Create a program/method to identify inconsistency transactions on a monthly basis that are supposed to be transacted as per title transfer but are not done and reporting to finance especially at the Quarter end is very critical.
- Leads and /or participates in skills networks to drive organizational growth and logistics initiatives.
- Reporting to Finance (Reconciliation Report/ Post month end report/ Accrued…)
- Collaborate with managers or stakeholders to determine effective solutions.
- Set up and provide regular reports and data relating to specific areas of the logistics process such as receipts/fulfillment analysis.
- Utilize knowledge and research methods to benchmark logistics activities and to drive best practice results
- Work with Logistics and cross-functional teams to resolve issues as and when required
- Work towards and support a culture of continuous improvement and work to make business and department improvements wherever possible and adhere to company core values.
- Coordinate with vendors/Forwarders/Warehouses to ensure a smooth operation when shipments are delivered to warehouses.
- Monitor inventory transactions and error corrections to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Must know about SOX control audit procedure and compliance
Here is some of what you will need (required):
- Bachelor’s degree with (3-5) years of experience in the Manufacturing/logistics/freight forwarding industry.
- Familiar with international trade terms and processes.
- Working flexibility as per US time zone.
- Very good communication skills
