Your Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and dispatching of domestic and cross-border transports by road, air, sea and CEP shipments
• Providing support with shipment processing in customer portals
• Preparing shipments notifications for transport forwarders or customer’s forwarders
• Supporting the organization of premium freights
• Creating required shipping documents for domestic and international transports
• Tracking and tracing of shipments

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluency in MS Excel, including data manipulation, database management, and advanced statistical and analytical techniques is advantageous
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team 
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
