Logistics Intern迪门实习生产 / 制造 / 加工 - 汽车销售与服务27届暑期实习生项目（提供转正机会）职位描述1. Customs clearance status tracking: Collect customs clearance invoices, register customs clearance information, track customs clearance release and archive customs clearance documents
2. Terminal release status tracking:Issue PDI and release requirements to terminal, track terminal release time, help importers market to make port reservations
3. Delivery status tracking: Follow the transportation plan time according to the terminal release time, tracking ETD and ETA from dispatch
4. Manually transfer in system: transfer cars based on the dispatch report in scepter system
5. Re-allocation follow up: Check the re-allocate record everyday, based on the re-allocate record release terminal handling request and transportation request to LSP, manually check the allocation status from system, follow up the delivery status of re-allocation职位要求1. Strong interest in automotive, logistics, or operations
2. Detail-oriented with good ability to track data, manage documentation, and follow processes
3. Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems or logistics platforms is a plus
4. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
5. Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
6. Able to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., terminals, logistics service providers)
7. Attend work at least 4 days per week 投递
