As a Logistics Intern , you will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality sports surface solutions while upholding Tarkett Sports’ core values of innovation, sustainability, and integrity.

The Supply Chain Intern will gain hands-on experience working closely with our logistics and accounting teams. This internship follows a hybrid work schedule with two days per week in the office and three days remote, providing flexibility as you support various supply chain activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Process Freight PO’s in Syspro for turf shipments.
• Enter, adjust, and update shipment data in freight sheets.
• Assist with Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and supplier invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Logistics to resolve carrier invoice discrepancies and PO adjustments.
• Provide administrative support, including pickup coordination, shipment tracing, and status updates.
• Request freight quotes for upcoming project bids.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage data and communications.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
