Could you be the full-time Logistics Engineering Manager in Manjea we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll make a tangible impact in optimizing logistics operations, improving material flows, and driving cost-saving initiatives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Material Planning, Project Supply Chain Leaders, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering), manage packaging solutions, and design internal logistics processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing standard packaging solutions and improving warehouse ergonomics, but also contribute to reducing waste and enhancing stock accuracy.
We’ll look to you for:
Designing and managing packaging solutions, including ROI calculations and business case development
Improving logistics flows and reducing costs through innovative strategies
Defining warehouse layouts and optimizing internal/external flows
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align physical and system flows
Managing the Project Supply Chain specifications and supplier negotiations
Applying Environment Health & Safety requirements to logistics processes
Leading and coaching the logistics engineering team to achieve objectives and foster professional growth

Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent
Experience in an industrial environment
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in Supply Chain
Knowledgeable in ERP SAP (WM and IM modules) is a plus
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strategic and methodical vision with strong problem-solving abilities
An agile, inclusive, and responsible attitude
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
