Job Description
The Logistics Data Coordinator supports the analysis, design and continuous improvement of logistics processes across Alvotech’s manufacturing operations.
The role focuses on ensuring the flow of materials, consumables, intermediates and finished products.
The Logistics Data Coordinator works closely with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Planning within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve internal and inbound/outbound logistics processes.
- Maintain accurate master data, procedures, work instructions and process documentation.
- Support efficient material flows, storage, replenishment and warehouse utilisation.
- Support logistics projects related to process improvement, capacity, automation and digitalisation.
- Ensure that logistics activities comply with GMP, GDP, safety and Alvotech requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Up to two years of relevant professional experience. Recent graduates with suitable academic or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, inventory management and supply-chain principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with operational data.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse-management systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous-improvement methods is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, food or another regulated manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
