Job Description

Leverage in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations and customer service (CS) processes to ensure the smooth execution of international shipments.(Import & Export) Provide sales support by assisting with pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with overseas shipping agencies,freight forwarders, and trade regulators. Identify emerging markets and business opportunities through in-depth market and competitor analysis. Negotiate high-value agency agreements and contracts to strengthen global partnerships. Provide senior management with actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for continuous business growth. Requirements Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics or freight forwarding Solid knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation Hands-on experience in import & export operations Familiar with preparing and handling quotations for clients Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and achieving measurable results Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, carriers, and clients Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good reading and speaking skill in English and Mandarin, as required to liase with China skateholder.
