Name of position: Order to Delivery Coordinator

Pay: $23.40/hr., Eligible for TAP pay

Hours: 1st shift - Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Customer Service Position Summary:

The Order to Delivery Coordinator is the point of contact for distributors (IAM). This position will be key to manage the Independent Aftermarket Accounts, build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the distributor communication regarding the shipping plant.
  • Act as liaison between multiple internal/external customers as required.
  • Use critical thinking and problem solving to overcome roadblocks.
  • Manage email inbox.
  • Manage distributor calls and meetings.
  • Proactively work with internal teams to manage backlog and on time delivery.
  • Utilize reporting tools i.e.: Power BI
  • Manage distributor scorecards as provided from customer

Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of EDI and manual sales order processing experience preferred
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of previous ERP experience preferred. SAP experience, a plus
  • Automotive or related industry preferred

Skills:

  • Process and Detailed oriented
  • Able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Able to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and diplomacy
  • Proficient in software applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Time management of organizing, planning and controlling time allocated to perform role
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced English
    • Bi-lingual a plus

Education/Certifications:

  • HS Diploma/ GED Required
  • Associate degree preferred and or Equivalent Experience

The anticipated wage for candidates who will work in Huntington, IN is $23.40 per hour. Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations. Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, employees (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, vision, and basic life and disability insurance. Employees also will be able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation leave and 40 hours of Personal Paid Absence every year. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays, and 2 personal holidays throughout the calendar year, subject to relevant terms outlined in the employee handbook. 6 weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use. Requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents and policies. Employees working on federal contracts covered by the Federal Paid Sick Leave requirements will be notified and will receive benefits consistent and compliant with the FPSL requirements. Hired applicant will be able to purchase company stock, subject to the relevant plan documents and annual bonuses based on achievement of certain metrics.
