The role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound transportation across FTL, LTL, intermodal, drayage and ocean freight. You will monitor shipments, container availability and delivery schedules, coordinate with carriers and warehouses, and resolve transportation issues. You will also review freight invoices, maintain accurate logistics records and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

Reports To: Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation across all modes.
• Monitor container availability, LFDs, pickup schedules, and ETAs.
• Coordinate drayage and deliveries to warehouses and customers.
• Arrange transportation bookings and secure carrier capacity.
• Monitor shipments and resolve or communicate delays and issues.
• Review invoices and dispute incorrect transportation charges.
• Support cargo claims and transportation-related issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and communicate with all partners.

What you bring

• 1-2 years of logistics or transportation experience.
• Experience with FTL, LTL, intermodal, drayage, or ocean freight.
• Familiar with container logistics and transportation costs.
• Experience working with carriers, brokers, and warehouses.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Independent, accountable, and reliable.
