Job Description

1. Field Operations & Support

• Conduct ground surveys and data collection for various projects.
• Transport teams to and from field locations, ensuring safe travel.
• Serve as an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) buddy, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform inspections and assist with animal tagging.
• Manage simple installations and monitor renovation projects.

2. Equipment & Inventory Management

• Maintain and track equipment stock inventory as required.
• Conduct accommodation and boat surveys and research.

3. Stakeholder & Government Relations

• Handle government-related activities, including obtaining permits or clearances.
• Act as a liaison between the field team and internal departments or external entities.

4. General Support & Communication

• Support various departmental business activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively via email to coordinate logistics and report on activities.
• Exhibit flexibility and a strong teamwork ethic to adapt to changing field requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma certified as a minimum, with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree preferred.
• Driving License

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a field-related job or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
