Job Title: Logistics Coordinator: Shipping/Receiving

Position
Overview:
Coordinator responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of goods throughout the
Company’s supply chain. They are responsible for verifying incoming and
outgoing shipments, preparing goods for transport, and coordinating with suppliers,
carriers, and internal departments to ensure packages are delivered and received in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound logistics: Manage the
    daily receipt and inspection of deliveries, shipping documents by SAP
    system. Identify and address shipping issues.
  • Outbound logistics: Ready
    all shipments through appropriate packing, shipping documents, and labeling,
    in coordination with and through internal and external methods.
  • Ensure
    adherence and compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and on time
    package deliveries to the Company and shipments outbound.
  • Create and maintain accurate data
    and documentation in order management system.
  • Ability to learn other aspects of
    supply chain flow to aid in other departments, i.e., inventory, receiving,
    ordering, etc.

Key
Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Familiar with logistics
    software/warehouse management systems and receiving and shipping
    regulations.
  • Demonstrate
    knowledge and understanding of business procedures and process flows.
  • Strong communication, analytical,
    and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability
    to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
    to and from the manufacturing floor, standing for extended periods of
    time.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    Suite.
  • Due to ITAR regulations, only candidates

The
Salary Range for this position is $22.00-$26.00 hourly. Actual salary offered
to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work
location, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge,
skills, and abilities.

Job
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of work experience in
    logistics and supply chain environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP functional and
    operational applications preferred.
  • Self-motivated, able to work
    independently and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and project
    management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good spoken and written English with
    manufacturing industry experience preferred.
