About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join us on a fixed-term basis through to 30 June 2027 In this pivotal role, you will ensure build teams and external build partners have the equipment they need to deliver sites in line with the build schedule.

Reporting to the Head of Build and based in central Auckland, you will work closely with Build Managers, warehouse partners, couriers, and external build partners to manage equipment call-offs, dispatch, delivery tracking, and inventory movements.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Accurate processing of equipment call-offs and coordination of timely dispatch
  • Proactive follow-up with build partners to confirm receipt and accuracy of equipment
  • Managing interactions with warehouses and couriers to ensure efficient delivery
  • Weekly reporting on call-offs, dispatches, and delivery confirmations
  • Tracking equipment movements accurately within internal systems and ERP platforms
  • Coordinating transportation and logistics of materials to and from manufacturing sites
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Responding promptly to enquiries and supporting high levels of internal customer service
  • Analysing logistics processes and recommending efficiency improvements
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements and procedures are adhered to
  • Working collaboratively with the wider build team to support timely site deployment
  • Undertaking additional duties as required within the scope of the role

About You

You are a proactive, detail-oriented logistics professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments.

You will bring:

  • Formal qualifications in Logistics, Warehousing, or a related field
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing environments
  • Experience using ERP or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety protocols
  • High attention to detail with strong Excel and data skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A self-starter approach with the ability to self-manage
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others
  • Understanding of Mobile / LMR networks (advantageous but not essential)
