The role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics team. Based at our European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will play a vital role in building, scaling, and developing logistics operations across all our European markets. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This is what you will do:

• Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics flows across markets and compounds

• Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution

• Act as a key point of contact for operational issues and resolve disruptions proactively

• Support flexible execution across markets as part of a shared operations team

• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and best practices

• Monitor KPIs and support root cause analysis for performance deviations

• Contribute to automation, system improvements, and data quality enhancements

• Support logistics projects, including new market setups and process rollouts

• Ability to manage complexity across multiple markets and stakeholders

• A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving

• Proactive identification of inefficiencies and continuous improvement mindset

• Capability to balance hands-on execution with process development

• Strong understanding of logistics KPIs, performance drivers, and cost impacts

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving operational environment

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and enable team performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
