Job Description

• Support foodpanda Myanmar management in developing and implementing the local logistics strategy.
• Execute logistics projects in collaboration with both local and global teams to achieve optimal results.
• Take ownership of performance improvement initiatives to strengthen fleet operations and rider relationships, including process innovations to enhance rider and delivery experiences.
• Lead and supervise support agents in resolving rider issues through the rider ticketing system.
• Assist in standardizing and improving the logistic process for fleet management.
• Support initiatives to improve delivery performance through fleet data analysis.
• Maintain a hands-on approach with strong attention to detail to effectively understand and resolve daily operational and logistics issues.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree or diploma in any field.
• Experience in social networking and logistics.
• Responsible for data collection and reporting
• Able to support and manage engagement campaigns and activities (offline and online)
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Independent, proactive, highly motivated, and a fast learner.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills and a strong can-do mindset
